Lasting Memories Sketch Challenge!

Hello, The challenge this week at Lasting Memories is a sketch and to use autumn colours. Here is the sketch-

The paper is from K&Co. I got the flowers when we were on holiday in France a couple of weeks ago, the stickers are from Papermania.

I made a bit of an oops! this week with this project. I had emailed the sketch to myself, and I got on with a page. Then just as I was finishing I remembered that it had to be autumn colours!! So I had to start again! But this is the layout I did, at least I am getting through all the photos that need to be scrapped!!
Thanks for stopping by!! I am looking forward to seeing what you do with this sketch this week!

Die Cuttin' Divas Zoo Challenge!

Hello, a quick post this evening, I wanted to share a card I made for the Die Cuttin' Divas Zoo Crazy challenge this week. I used a Penny Black stamp, the paper is from DCWV, and the Cheetah is cut from Create A Critter. He is the cat, but I only cut layer one in this cool paper. I think he has turned out really good! The ribbon and button are from American Crafts.

Lasting Memories Challenge- Black and White!

Hello, the challenge this week at Lasting Memories is to use Black and White- and nothing else, even the photos need to be black and white! I thought I would find this a really hard challenge, but once I got started I really enjoyed it. I am pleased with the finished page. The picture is of my family before my daughter was born.

The paper, the vellum, the buttons and the pearls are from Papermania. I used a Sunbeam Stamp for the family stamp in the bottom corner.

Lasting Memories Challenge- Simply YOU!

Hello, I have been on holiday the  past week with my family in France, we had a wonderful time! But I have really missed my blog and crafting! I am really glad that this week everything goes back to normal!

This week at Lasting Memories the new design team are named!! I'm really excited to be working with everyone!! This week the challenge is 'Simply YOU'. I have done a layout of the last time my husband and I went to Disneyland Paris. We went to in February for Valentine's day. It was soooo COLD! We went this week and it was really hot!
I used loads of different bits and bobs for this page, I am not sure where any of it came from! The paper were in a bunch of paper I got from eBay a while ago, and don't know what they are. The chipboard letters were from the poundshop! The ribbon was from Hobbycraft.

This week at Lasting Memories there is extra reason to join in, as there is a fantastic giveaway! MyMemories is giving away a copy of their latest digital scrapbooking software! How exciting!! I'm excited to see what you do for this challenge!

Challenge me Monday!!

Hello, the challenge this Monday at Fantabulous Cricut is a splash of colour!! We need to include yellow on a project! My son's favourite colour is yellow, and has been since he was a baby! He always picked the yellow crayon or the yellow brick. When I saw these yellow papers and ribbons from Papermania Capsule, Lemon Sorbet, I knew I had to get ALL the range!!
Yellow is a very cheery colour for a get well card. I used this very cute cut of Jack & Jill from Nursery Rhymes.
