'Support the Cause' Challenge

My kids went to bed early, so I had the chance to finish my project for the Fantabulous cricut  , which is to make a project to support a cause close to your heart. I have done a monkey themed card for Monkey World in Dorset. We have gone there every year for the last couple of years, and we think the work they do there is so amazing to help apes around the world. We love it there, it's a lovely place to go as a family, and we always have a great day together.

Artist at work

Hello,

I have been trying to catch up with my 50day challenge, I have done 20 LOs now, but we are more than half way through...this one is again of my boy from a couple of years ago. I would set up things for him to do, and he would do if for a few seconds then be done with it. As soon as the water got dirty he would have had enough of painting. At least I got some cute photos along the way!

I used up loads of the scraps I had of this paper pack

Supplies-

Paper- K&Co
Ribbons/Fibers- Hobbycraft, Basic Grey
Letters- Making Memories, Dymo
Buttons-Papermania, American Craft

The second half of last year, I did hardly any scrapbooking, and this is why I set my challenge. I used to love it, but caught up making cards for people and other projects. But not I have started up I am loving it again. I have also been thinking about what my next challenge/project will be...

50 LO in 50 days

I saw this idea on another blog. You have to do 50 pages within 50 days, you can do more on one day, and then have a break, you don't have to do one every day. I started this in the new year, and since then people have been telling to start a blog on my progress. Finally, my husband just set up the blog and told me to carry on with it!! So here we go...

This layout is number 16 of my 50. It is a picture of my boy from the summer of 2008.

Supplies-
Cardstock-Papermania, Papermill
Patterned paper-Colorbox
Buttons-Papermania, American Crafts
Letter-Hannah Montana Cricut cartridge
Glitter Glue-Papermania

Hope you like it...
