WOYWW

Good Morning! I have a pic of what my table looks like this morning-Last night my kids and I were making cards for Nanny, who is on holiday this week. My son wanted to make a card and pop it around so it's a surprise for when she gets back. He is very sweet! But also messy! I already had a big mess on there from what I had been doing earlier so now there is no table just lovely craft stuff!
Thanks for stopping by and if you want to join in go to Stamping Ground

  4. Ah yeas..but they do't expect to have to clear up - after all - it's YOUR stuff, huh! Still, lovely that he wants to do the odd bit of making if you ask me! I loke the reels of ribbon hanging...I have a blue set like that. Unused of course, way too pretty!

  5. Hope his Nanny likes his card. Funny, I was doing exactly the same thing last night but with my 12 year old daughter. I suggested we made it on the kitchen table as my craft table was overflowing with mess.
    Happy WOYWW

  6. I love that they want to create like mom and they are so thoughtful towards Nanny. So sweet! The mess can always be cleaned up right? How wonderful.

  7. Cherish those times, my children are now teenagers and they no longer want to make things with mom. I'm sure Nanny loves those handmade creations from them.

  10. I love to hear about youngsters being keep to craft. My eldest grandaughter loves to craft and now has her own stash. Two years ago, I bought her a "ribbler" at Christmas, and was in disgrace with my daughter, who found the whole house was covered in tiny bits of crinkled paper that had been put through the ribbler. This year, at Christmas, I put in some little pots of glitter, and was again in disgrace as the whole house was glittered. However, my daughter was not truly serious and thoroughly encouraged the craftiness (while struggling to safeguard her own stash).

  11. Nothing quite like children crafting is there? No fear, just pure creativity.
    Lovely 'craft' desk.
    Happy belated WOYWW.
